VISFO – a West Yorkshire-based healthtech consultancy – has unveiled its new brand direction for 2022. Founded by CEO Max Noble, the company has set its sights on significantly expanding its consultancy services and tech solutions within Europe and the US in the first quarter of the year.
VISFO released its branding ahead of the New Year, launching a new website in December 2021. Inspired by influential creative industry experts, VISFO designed the site with plans to reflect a global agency feel.
As pharmaceutical companies look to navigate the ever-changing online landscape, VISFO has seen the most growth in its digital and strategic consultancy services, prompting the company to re-evaluate its offering and move forward with rebranding to better reflect its aspirations to redefine the delivery of science.
The branding itself aims to encapsulate the company’s commitment to do things differently, offering creativity and humour in what is often a more traditional and corporate industry.
David Williams, chief medical officer and head of strategy at VISFO, commented on the changes: “There’s no reason why companies working in the pharma space have to look corporate and impersonal.”
Williams added: “We want to demonstrate our commitment to delivering actionable insights powered by precision analytics, but we also want to do it while being a little bit tongue-in-cheek – staying true to our fun and approachable personality. The world of pharma is changing and needs a partner who can show them the new frontier.”
VISFO’s previous navy and lime green corporate colour palette has been overhauled with a vivid colourway, incorporating shades of blue, purple, pink and green to strike a more modern look. Part of the company’s new look has been to adopt ‘the brain’ hero image, which has been designed to symbolise VISFO’s rounded approach to problem-solving and task management.
Describing the new brand visuals, Noble commented: “The left side of the brain perfectly depicts VISFO’s intellectual expertise and wealth of experience across the healthcare industry and beyond.
“As you move across to the right, the splashes of colour and bold iconography represent our fun personality, alongside our ability to think differently and re-energise our clients’ business strategies.”
Along with the rebranding, VISFO wanted to reinforce its goal of providing healthtech solutions for its clients while continuing to support its workforce by hiring individuals with different specialties and celebrating cognitive diversity.
Fingerpaint has announced the acquisition of a London-based data and analytics
firm Engage, in a move that promises to reinforce Fingerpaint’s global presence and omnichannel marketing offerings.
As a biopharma global commercialisation partner for analytics-enabled integrated solutions, Fingerpaint’s acquisition of Engage will further expand its European standing
and complement the company’s existing data and analytical expertise.
Founder of Fingerpaint, Ed Mitzen, commented: “Strengthening our global infrastructure
is reflective of the diversified biopharma industry we serve worldwide.
“Our combined global omnichannel marketing solutions guided by – and rooted in – data will further Fingerpaint’s position as a transformative digital partner to biopharma’s commercialisation needs.”
Mary McGregor and Dave Chandler, founders and managing partners of Engage, will
still be part of the day-to-day operations, providing leadership and continuity during
the transition.
Giving her thoughts on the acquisition, McGregor commented: “Integrating into Fingerpaint will allow us to leverage its award-winning creative and digital talent and maximise omnichannel campaigns as we continue to work with global brands at every stage of the commercialisation process.”
“Combining our expertise with Fingerpaint’s will create best-in-class, performance-based digital capabilities for clients across the company’s integrated firms,” said Chandler.
