Publicis Health has appointed Matt McNally as global chief executive officer. McNally takes on the role after serving as chief executive officer of Omnicom Health Group. He previously spent 14 years at Publicis, during which time he helped create and launch Publicis Health Media, serving as group president and chief media officer.

Jim O’Leary
Weber Shandwick has appointed Jim O’Leary as global president. O’Leary, who will retain his position as the agency’s chief executive officer for North America, brings extensive industry experience to the role. He previously served as US chief operating officer and corporate affairs chair at Edelman and held roles at Honeywell and Burson-Marsteller.

FleishmanHillard has appointed Mary Kosinski as global managing director of health and life sciences. Kosinski has extensive regulatory and policy expertise. She most recently served as head of global corporate affairs for Pi Health, and previously held roles at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America and the US Department of Health and Human Services.
