Cherry
Cherry, a full-service creative healthcare agency that is part of AVENIR GLOBAL, has appointed Peter Henshaw as Managing Director. Henshaw will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the agency and overseeing the agency’s next stage of growth. He joins the agency from Mednet Health where he was also Managing Director, and will report to Michael Evans, President and Managing Partner of Cherry.
Evans said: “Peter brings significant experience in leading and growing healthcare creative agencies and has an excellent track record in client development, team leadership and delivery of outstanding creative campaigns.”

VML Health
Jason Graff
VML Health has appointed Jason Graff as Global Chief Creative Officer (CCO). Based in New York, Graff will oversee VML Health’s global creative vision across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He will lead VML Health’s specialist health creative network spanning life sciences, pharma, HCP, DTC and consumer health, and partnering with client and strategy teams, business transformation, production, innovation, technology and creative leaders across VML Health, VML and WPP. Graff joins VML Health from AREA 23, New York, where he served as EVP, Executive Creative Director for nearly a decade. Prior to that, he held Executive Creative Director roles at Publicis and the Kaplan Thaler Group. Graff will also join the VML Creative Council.
The Bloc
Jon Chapman
Independent network The Bloc has appointed Jon Chapman as European Executive Creative Director. Chapman previously held senior creative leadership positions at Havas Lynx, BBDO and BBH. He will work alongside Stephanie Berman, Global Chief Creative Officer, and Adam Hessel, CCO New York. Berman commented: “Jon is exactly the kind of creative leader The Bloc was built for – bold, collaborative and driven by the belief that great work can do real good.” In close collaboration with The Bloc’s European leadership team, including James March, Managing Director London, and Alessandro Seveso, CEO Milan and Basel, Chapman will be responsible for furthering the creative ambitions of the business, supporting healthcare clients and patients.

Stephanie O’Hagan
Independent healthcare comms consultancy POP Health has appointed Stephanie O’Hagan as Senior Director. O’Hagan has 17 years’ experience in healthcare comms, including a decade in senior leadership at Envision 90TEN, and previous roles at Ketchum and Ogilvy Healthworld. O’Hagan said: “Healthcare organisations need partners who don’t just deliver communications, but challenge thinking, connect the dots and help shape what’s next.
