Inizio
Ryan Quigley
Inizio has appointed Ryan Quigley as its new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Paul Taafe. Quigley previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, playing a role in the company’s commercial and innovation strategies.
Quigley had served as COO from 2021, driving the company’s commercial strategy, innovation agenda and investment roadmap, while playing a pivotal role in developing Inizio into a leading commercialisation partner to health and life sciences companies globally.
His 25-year career also includes senior leadership roles at Abbott and AbbVie, where he led the launch of several blockbuster brands.
Paul Taaffe will remain closely involved with Inizio as an Advisor and board member going forward.

Mary-Kate McGarry
Inizio has appointed Mary-Kate McGarry as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer.
Previously, McGarry served as the company’s Vice President, Global & Corporate Strategy from 2022, having joined Inizio in 2021, following the merger of UDG Healthcare and Huntsworth. She now joins the Executive Team, leading corporate strategy, innovation, global marketing and brand development.

Inizio has appointed Gavin McShera as Chief Information Officer. McShera has served as Inizio’s CIO since 2021 and has three decades of global experience in technology leadership. Before joining UDG Healthcare in 2021, he served as Group CIO at Applegreen and held roles at Microsoft and as an independent consultant.

Prior to joining Prime, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Huuman, and Global Head and Managing Director at Caudex Medical from 2015 to 2021. He has also held senior leadership positions at LINK Health Group, McCann Health, and IPG Health.

Porterhouse has appointed Jennifer Stewart as Medical Director. She brings extensive experience to the role, including senior roles at IPG Health Med Comms, where she progressed from Scientific Medical Writer to Associate Medical Director. She has also held editorial positions at the Human Gene Therapy Clinical Development and the Gene Therapy Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
