GCI Health has appointed Annalise Coady as president of Europe. Coady joined GCI last year as UK market lead and head of EMEA. She was previously group president at Real Chemistry, where she was responsible for growing the agency’s footprint across Europe, and held senior growth roles at Fleishman-Hillard, MHP Group and PxC.

GCI Health has appointed Kath Harrison as president of international markets. Harrison, GCI’s former president of EMEA, has been with the agency since 2016. She previously served as deputy managing editor, health brands at Edelman, and worked at Fleishman-Hillard earlier in her career. She will now focus on Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and new growth markets.

Ayesha Walawalkar
Havas Lynx has appointed Ayesha Walawalkar as chief strategy officer. Walawalkar has over 30 years of experience in brand strategy, and most recently served as chief strategy officer, international brands at MullenLowe Global, part of IPG. She was also previously global planning director at Saatchi & Saatchi, and held roles at BBH and BBDO.

Talin Apkarian
Havas Lynx has appointed Talin Apkarian as Havas Lynx Hudson managing director. Apkarian brings over 19 years of healthcare marketing experience to the role, which she takes on after serving as executive vice president, group management director at IPG Health company Humancare. She also previously spent 17 years at FCB Health, most recently as executive vice president.

Resonant Group has appointed Victoria Boswell-Smith as group managing director. Boswell-Smith joins Resonant from Prime, where she most recently served as executive vice president, commercialisation and market innovation. She held a number of other positions at Prime, including head of medical communications, and worked at Envision 90TEN earlier in her career.

Resonant Group has appointed Derek Annan as head of group healthcare strategy. Annan takes on the role after most recently serving as senior director, medical and commercial strategy at Wave Healthcare Communications. He previously served in positions at Bedrock Healthcare Communications, a Resonant Group company, including as head of medical strategy.

GCI Health has appointed Sophie Asker as managing director, UK client service and growth. Asker most recently served as GCI's regional managing director for Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore. Previously, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Syneos Health, culminating in her position as deputy managing director, public relations.

GCI Health has appointed Victoria Bramham as managing director, UK operations. Bramham takes on the role after most recently serving as deputy managing director, UK at GCI. She was formerly executive director at the agency, after serving as head of client services (health) at Edelman. Previously, she held roles at OPEN Health Communications and Virgo Health.

Real Chemistry has appointed Michele Terra as president of 21GRAMS. Terra, who holds over two decades of advertising, medical communications and client leadership experience, joined Real Chemistry last year as president of integrated client experience. Prior to this, she was a senior executive at Omnicom, where she was president of the Healthcare Consultancy Group.

Real Chemistry has appointed Brenna Terry as president, integrated communications. Terry joins Real Chemistry from Burson, where she served as global chair of healthcare. She was also previously global client lead for AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson, and led enterprise engagement and executive communications for Janssen North America.

Schmuckler has almost two decades of experience across the WPP network and joins Real Chemistry from VML, where he served as global chief growth officer. Previously, he was global chief marketing officer at Young & Rubicam, and held roles at Interlude and Wunderman.

Vavasour brings notable healthcare communication experience to her latest role, having most recently served as account executive at Bedrock.
