Hedia
Rasmus Kofoed
Hedia has appointed Rasmus Kofoed as CEO. Kofoed’s background in the life sciences and medical technology industries has included senior roles at Novo Nordisk, Abbott, Roche and Medtronic. He was also previously President and CEO of ChemoMetec, where his responsibilities included growth, transformation and international expansion.
Hedia specialises in the development of a digital therapeutic (DTx) solution that helps those with diabetes self-manage their condition. Kofoed brings expertise in this field, having led diabetes-specific units at both Roche and Medtronic.
As CEO, Kofoed’s ambition is to build on Hedia’s product and market platform, as well as expanding its international partnerships. Kofoed succeeds previous CEO Lars Christian Lund.
ViVac Pharma
Keren Leshem
ViVac Pharma has appointed Keren Leshem as CEO. Leshem brings almost 30 years of experience leading medical technology and life science companies, previously serving as director of Aspivix, Rambam MedTech and Ark Surgical. She also spent over five years at OCON Therapeutics in roles including Director and CEO.

Anne Borgman
Circle Pharma has appointed Anne Borgman as Chief Medical Officer. Borgman brings extensive experience in clinical development strategy to the role, having previously held the role of Chief Medical Officer at Sutro Biopharma. She also served as Vice President and Therapeutic Area Lead, Oncology, Haematology and Transplant at Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
Actithera
Darshan Dalal
Actithera has appointed Darshan Dalal as Chief Medical Officer. Dalal has over 15 years’ leadership experience in oncology and haematology and will lead clinical strategy and development. He has held senior roles at AstraZeneca and Novartis, leading global teams in developing radioligand therapies and playing a key role in the creation of Pluvicto.
NRG Therapeutics
Paul Thompson
NRG Therapeutics has appointed Paul Thompson as Chief Development Officer. Thompson brings specialist expertise in neurology, translational research and early clinical development to the role. He most recently served as Chief Scientific Officer at Mission Therapeutics and previously held senior leadership roles at GSK and ONO Pharma UK.
TRIMTECH Therapeutics
Alison Lawton
TRIMTECH Therapeutics has appointed Alison Lawton as Chair of the Board. Lawton was most recently CEO of Kaleido Biosciences, preceding which she served as President and Chief Operating Officer. She has held senior leadership positions at Genzyme (a Sanofi company) as well as Aura Biosciences and X4 Pharmaceuticals.

Ken Beyer
Pace has appointed Ken Beyer as CEO. Beyer’s experience to date spans logistics, technology and consulting. He was previously CEO of Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group. He was also formerly President of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, joining after it acquired CloudBlue Technologies, which he co-founded.

Jurriaan Dekkers
Faron Pharmaceuticals has appointed Jurriaan Dekkers as Chief Financial Officer. Dekkers most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at ProQR Therapeutics and at AstraZeneca in the Netherlands. He was previously CEO of Acerta Pharma, part of the AstraZeneca Group, and has held finance roles at DaVita Medical Group and Sandvik.

Carolyn Bonner
Medicus Pharma has appointed Carolyn Bonner as Chief Financial Officer. Bonner has been serving as acting CFO since September 2025. Prior to joining Medicus, she held the roles of President and CEO at specialty laboratory PCL. She has also held business and corporate development roles at Rosetta Genomics and Inform Diagnostics.
